I've read today that the theatrical version looks only like the trailer for the Riddler's announced DC ...

Yeah that alone extinguished the last remains of motivation I had to go see it in theater. People are STILL giving me shit for only having seen Kingdom of Heaven's theatrical cut "instead of the DC that makes it a masterpiece" (don't worry Drink, pretty sure those guys haven't seen The Patriot so they don't know what a real masterpiece is). There is no way I'm watching this Napoleon twice.

The theatrical cut is too cut up, Phenix is too old, it sucks and I doubt the longer cut would be any better

Why on earth is there a 70mm release for a film shot entirely digitally? What a waste!

The trailer looks like a comic book. Is that the intended style?

Yea I think that is what they were going for the CGI has limitations with that kind of scale.

What's with the color grading, Didley? The world is supposed to look like it's under a blue filter all the time?
