Title: Generation Kill(TV)

hello there.
just thought I'd reccomend a mini series thats been running on hbo this summer called generation kill. its about one of the first marine platoons taking part in the invasion of iraq and the rolling stone reporter who was embedded with them for the duration of their tour.

it's from the creators of the wire, based on the reporter's book.  and the son of stellan skarsgaard plays one the leading characters. a truly great series. see it if you can.

I watched it. It was pretty good but I actually preferred the book.

ye I need to cop that book some day. Im sure it's a great read.
