Title: Costumes
Post by: titoli on December 31, 2008, 07:20:22 PM
What do you think of them folks? Stuart Kaminsky objects to them, saying their looks betray the scarce finances of the enterprise. I never noticed that before. The only objection I have regards the costume Volontè wears during the exchange. Actually, only his hat.

I see no problem with them.

I was sure about your opinion. I hate these people who criticize without being more specific. Still I wonder what the hell he found wrong.

Personally I have always thought  that the costumes (in all 3 films) were very unique and actually separated them from other 'western' films. I'm generalising as yes there were some minor bloopers, like Ramone's hat in the exchange... But on the whole I love them. The costumes and the sets help to make the films unique. Along with the music etc......
