Looks like all the buildings need is a good sand balsting to get them looking weather worn. They are a bit too garishly colored rignt now.

You're right Joe, I agree.
90 % of the visitors don't know the importance of this place for the film industry. They think it's just one of the amusmentsparks built for tourits. If it's looks old they don't like it and will stay away. Only gringo's like us will come and we don't spent enough money to keep the park running.

Just got back from Almeria, made of lot of pictures. Also from the western show at Mini Hollywood. (now called Oasys)
A lot more within a few days, first I have to sleep and wash my dirty laundry.

I've been there 2 years ago, Mini Hollywood is too expensive and most of the visitors don't even know the meaning of this city. Western Leone has only the original Sweet Water range (now a Saloon ). I prefer Texas Hollywood, a few km down the road. This town is still in use so now and then by the film industry, they have a great show with talented actors. Unfortunately no Leone movies were shot here.
