Somebody should tell Marco that they (whoever "they" may be) plagirised his review for GET MEAN on this site
http://www.meandtherollingstones.com/GetsMean/reviews.html
Unless of course it was Marco who allowed them to use it. Maybe he's running the site himself?
Oooh yeah, that does look pretty familiar!! I am sure that they could find someone better than me to pinch reviews from though!!

It may be someone has posted this already, but just stumbled across Django the Bastard playing on Movies 4 Men right now in the UK. Looking at the listings for the rest of the week, on Friday they have Vengeance and Django Against Sartana.

Hello all! Its been a while!
Well, I had a long ol train journey this morning, so I set up the portable DVD and started watching Bury them Deep, with Craig Hill. I plan to watch the second half on the way home, but certainly so far it seems a really enjoyable flick! Travelling to work is definately far more appealling with a Spaghetti Western holding your hand on the way there!

I got through it but i found Silent Stranger barely watchable.I'm surprised at how much coverage the Stranger series gets because in all honesty the only decent one is the Stranger Returns.
I may be wrong, but I think The Silent Stranger is Tony Anthony's particular favourite. It has its merits, but is nowhere near The Stranger Returns quality. I much prefer it to Get Mean though.

I agree on Get Mean, Banjo. I can't fathom the thinking on why Baldi/Anthony made that one. Barely watchable as a SW!
I do love Forgotten Pistolero though - a particular favourite of mine. It gets the 4 star treatment from me!

Its been a while since I watched this, but I know I enjoyed it at the time. I always have alot of time for George Eastman and Horst Frank. Particular highlight was the dual with metal claws, and the torture over the pit of snakes. I gave it a 3/4 rating which is a "recommended" by my reckoning!

There are not too many things in life that have given me a bigger thrill than seeing my shadow walking gun in hand, poncho laden through "El Paso" at Mini Hollywood. How sad am I?
