Just amazing to think how these photos make you feel isn't it. What was that scene all about? Presumably a bit of "padding" whilst on the way to Sadhill cemetary. Sends a shiver down your spine though doesn't......!

Then you can sent the discs back, cause they have to sell you exactly the item which is shown and described on the page. And they have to pay the shipping costs for the return.
If it is a marketplace item you can also ask the seller before ordering, to make sure you get what you want.
I bought a CD lately, it was the same album, but not the remastered version I wanted. I got my money back, and in that case they let me even keep the CD, cause the seller was not interested to refund the reshipment.
It was sent back

?
It is still in print, and easily to purchase on Amazon.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Good-Bad-Ugly-DVD/dp/B00004RCL6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1451751451&sr=8-1&keywords=good+bad+ugly
New and used and enough of it.
I understand your response Stanton but believe it or not, that is what I have tried to buy 3 times and each time the seller has sent me a different version to the actual listing. I guess I could try Ebay and message the seller first to check that I will be receiving the version listed. I realise you must think I am mad but this has honestly been my experience

Hi there, Just before Christmas I tried again to purchase a pre-2004 dvd of the film. This is the third time that I have tried from Amazon and each time the seller has sent me some version from a western collection. What I am after is the released version that was available before it was given the treatment back in 2004, where the deleted scenes were extras. Can anybody offer me any advise on how to get a UK copy of the film (official) that we all knew and loved for all those years. I do not own a blue ray player by the way so it would dvd thag I am looking for.
Cheers

FAFDM is harder to find
I'm only aware of the one version. The Camden vinyl that came out all those years ago, that is also available on cd. Are you saying there is a fuller version out there?

Thanks for the info guys, looks like I won't be buying this then. I do want to get my hands on the expanded AFFOD cd. Be nice if we could get our hands on an expanded FAFDM as I'm sure there are some missing cues on the current release. I like my complete scores, boys and girls

I don't know why but I've always particularly loved the Square Dance piece, even though it's hardly the most representative of the whole score - if you know what I mean

Just flicking through the channels, like you do on a Saturday night with a couple of whiskies and what do you know but TGTBATU is on ch5. It looked like the old pan anc scan that i grew up on, or at least not the beautiful widescreen, and it was the scene in the hospital...... "Tuco, where's water, I'll bring you water......." Apart from the obvious goosepimples because of it being the best film in the world I instantly wondered whether or not it would be the version with all the extras. I thought it couldnt be because of the pan n scan but it actually did turn out to be. It had the extra Tuco beating scene but they cut the bit where Wallace presses into Tuco's eyes. Who put that version together?? Can 'they' simply cut whatever they like??

Yes, heard this this morning in the UK on Radio 4. They played a couple of great clips from GB&U plus The Misfits and Baby Doll. Sad news but he had a long and happy life

according to Frayling, as soon as the unseen man strikes the match, that's meant to tell you it is TMWNN... also, Frayling says that it was actually Leone's voice doing the whistling
Whatever it was he was whistling, it didn't sound very tuneful......lol

Yes but you're thinking of a different character. He means the man on a horse that gets shot right before the credits roll.
Now was it him who was whistling to himself or the person off screen that shoots him? Plus, is the person off screen that shoots supposed to be Clint or is that open to interpretation?
Question, questions, questions

I've always noticed his toes showing in those boots. I reckon they must have been comfy as hell so why bother changing them!
