Normally I'd avoid it but I have some things to do urgently for work along with change of address etc. No home internet until at least Saturday. Fortunately I'm on the second floor with curtained windows so the latter oughtn't be a problem.

You think the cameras were peering into people's homes as they were typing? In that case, what's the difference if the network is secured or unsecured?

I believe the cameras were hacking into the networks and storing users' activity -- which they could only do when they are unsecured.

I'm so upset that Mark Rydell didn't act in more movies. I've only seen 2 of his acting performances -- in Crime in the Streets, and in his most famous role in The Long Goodbye -- and he is so damn amazing. He had a few other performances, but he mostly pursued a career as a director. He's quite a successful director, but I wish that he had also pursued his acting career more.

Received my first paycheck today. With it came the realization that factoring in rent, loan payments and other expenses, I'll be running a monthly deficit of around $100. Life is good.
