The beating scene

I think I have wondered about this for the last 20+ years..........
Is there a longer version of the beating scene? I'm not trying to raise a cheap topic, I just ask because of the editing from Ramon lying on his bed saying "tell me what you know" to Clint's head being knocked down already covered in sweat and bleeding.
At this stage he has already taken one hell of a beating. Or at least the make-up suggests so.

I do think though that they filmed a longer version because Clint really does look like he has been through hell by this point. Check out how he takes the punch only a few seconds later from Rubio(sic). He looks like he has been battered. Not too far from how Eli looks in TGTB&TU.
This scene fascinates me. It is so well done.

Also, track 12 from the extended soundtrack is about 9 freaking minutes long. I have only listened to it once though (just now) and there does seem like some repetition.

There are a couple extra shots (mostly just alternate/extended takes) of the beating in the italian trailer which is on the most recent italian dvd/blu ray.  The trailer itself is pretty cool because they used only outtake/alternate take ftg to put it together..

Thanks for that, I just watched it on youtube. Someone claims to have seen a version of it the tv in 1999 with 'the extra 20 minutes of footoage'. Footage that Tarantino apparantly has.
Hmmm.......... I'm not convinced myself, even though I want it to be true!

That beating scene still disturbs me every time I watch it, and Track 12 that accompanies it always sends chills down my spine!
