Indio looked to be in a drug induced dream state to me. Always thought that the killing of the man had no effect on Indio, whereas the suicide of  Doug's sis had a profound effect on him to the point where the entry wound was viscerally ingrained on Indios memory.
So many of us have had a session in there.

Wow, I never really thought about that, but it would make sense, I remember my brother I were watching it and when Indio shot the husband/fiancee, he was like "Yeah, right!" when he saw that there were no gunshots.
