What are generally regarded as the best Blu-ray (with english) sources for each of the trilogy movies?  I currently have old DVD versions now and would like to upgrade.  I know there are a lot of versions out there now but it's hard to keep track ... Mondo, Ripley, MGM, Universum, etc.

So far the only release  I'm completely satisfied with is the Italian Ripley (RHV) BD of Fistful Of Dollars.
