This could have been VG if they had spent more time devising verbal jokes (there are some, though) and shown even more female nudity. Usually this stuff is unredeemable by any sort of effort, but  here you have two assets: the 2 gals (especially Michelle Bauer) and the photography. Now, probably I'm wrong but the picture quality here is better than 90% of the stuff CJ dubs neo-noir. Especially the night shots of LA strike me as excellent and that's why I give this one 7/10 instead (on the only strenght of Bauer) of 6/10.

Good assessment. I've heard this praised as a rare no budget movie that actually lives up to its title, and I'd have to agree. Only recommended to fans of sleaze from the VHS era. C
