Hi everyone, this is my first post ;D

In one of my exams, i am planing to focus  on leones`s work and therefore i need the books to some of his films.
Also the books, which some of his work is based on, might be interesting.

I am looking for the books to
1. The good the bad and the ugly
2. Once upon a time in the west
3. Once upon a time in america

There aren't really any books that the Western films are based on, they were all original screenplays, the novelizations were based on the films. The screenplays were based partly on historical ancedotes intertwined with Leone's and others imaginations, then the scripts were further changed on the sets.

OUTITW was partially based on quotes from some 30 or so Hollwood Westerns.

Only OUTIA was based on a book "The Hoods".

If you are after the novelizations, i have seen them on ebay. I have'nt seen one for OUATITW... unless anyone knows different.
