This might help you.

Go to further reading. Then tap the heading SPAGHETTI WESTERN. You are looking for the novels of JOE MILLARD.

Wow, John Baldwin! Never came across that one! Have collected stills etc down thru the years but that one is a complete mystery. Could it be a publicity shot or more tantalizing.....a missing scene!? Anybody got any ideas?

Yes Belkin, it is a mystery. I posted about it before on the GBU DVD restoration thread but did not get much response. I also mentioned the scene where tuco fires a cannon at Blondie of which i have a couple of stills.  One of the stills is actually used on the opening credits to GBU.
Back to the Blondie & Angeleyes scene. I would think it is a cut scene that no longer exists. Blondie is wearing the duster Angeleyes gives him in the prison camp so it must occur before or after the "six is my favourite number" scene.
Have you seen the publicity still of the GB&U sitting next to each other in the cemetry pistols raised.

Would love to see the TUCO/BLONDIE cannon stills. Have never seen them. I remember I had a poster of TUCO, back in the late 60's, where he is about to light a cannon fuse. Wish I still had it! Also would love to have a look at the GB&U in graveyard publicity shot!

I seem to have mislaid the GBU in the cemetry still!!  As soon as i find it i will post it on here and the two of tuco as well.
Belkin the poster you had sounds like one of them. The other one has him covering his ears. I forgot to mention that you can see the scene of course, on the french trailer on the restored GBU.
If anyone has the german book 'Fur ein paar leichen mehr' it has the GBU cemetry photo in it as well as many other rarely seen stills, especially from FOD. I obtained mine via the link on the Fistful of westerns website.

Yup. This is the one I had the poster of. Massive thing it was. Printed (i think) by PACE POSTERS. For many years I thought it was a deleted scene. Although, a friend of mine insists he saw a version of GBU, sometime and somewhere during his late 60's travels thru Europe, that had a scene that included TUCO firing a cannon! MMmmmm. Maybe it was AMSTERDAM and he'd over-indulged in cafe weed.
Still, in the back of my mind I kinda hope somebody will unearth a long forgotten well-worn suitcase in some railway station, open it and.....hours of never seen shots, in perfect condition. Ah, dream on, McDuff!
