A qualsiasi prezzo AKA The Vatican Affair (1968)

Found this on YT.

Late 60s heist flick Italian style. Standard (meaning solid) production values, professional directing without too much experimentation, OK acting, silly and often times down right preposterous plot. Some nice aerial shots of Rome/Vatican, otherwise the interior shots can hardly fool the viewer. Still, rather entertaining, and IMO worth more than the 5.6/10 on IMDB. Music by Bacalov, often times downright funny. The heist itself carefully planned and tied up, but it's hard to catch everything they're doing and where they are exactly. Full of smaller details and nothing grandiose. I just don't care for that kind of stuff (anymore). Twists and counter (counter) twists in the ending and very ending, some making sense others not even in the context of the movie.

An entertaining 6.65/10.
