Mine is European CD, with 20 tracks I believe, got it in 2000 or 2001. However, I noticed this at intrada.com, but they say they're out of stock (I've purchased from them in the past).

CD from Italy
Newly-expanded original soundtrack from landmark Sergio Leone western with Henry Fonda, Charles Bronson. Ennio Morricone bucks his own western tradition, fashions main theme not with plethora of rhythms, snaps but with grace, tranquility. With meld of strings, female voice, major-key melody slowly rises, winds about, penetrates. One of the most elegiac themes in cinema history. But there's much more. Morricone fashions secondary theme in minor-key, sliding solo harmonica motif for Charles Bronson character, rocking melody for Cheyenne highlighted by sudden "break" during line, many other ideas. Classic film merges image and sound like few others have done, Morricone responds with enough themes for three movies! GDM expanded release adds 7 more tracks to previously-expanded issue, bringing total number of tracks to 27. Remastered stereo sound and all-new packaging are further assets. Ennio Morricone conducts and scores a bullseye!
