trust a man who wears both a belt and suspenders?

Thanks man!
I already put one in this section entitled "Paintings"...I only put it up the other week when the website went live.
I'll probably post future paintings individually as they're finished in the appropriate section of the forum.
Of the 3 on at the moment, 2 are from FAFDM and the third is from "Bullet for the General"....
...Got a Django one on my mind as well!

Not sure about Noodles's final smile. Enlighten me!

have you seen Once Upon a Time in America? If not, drop everything and watch it. immediately. before you do anything else. including breathe

I have seen it yes, but hate to admit probably only once or twice.
Never really took to it like his others to be honest, although it's probably at least 10 years since I last gave it a watch.
Maybe it's time for a re-run!

El_Chuncho, you are about ripe for it, its a more mature Western, and it either takes a bit of age/wisdom under the belt, or a second or third viewing for it to click.

Its almost par for the course with accounts from first time viewers of OUTITW.

yeah, I must have OUATIA a million and one times, and I am constantly discovering new  plot elements all the time... and Frayling's chapter on OUATIA in Something To Do With Death is particularly spectacular; reading it (after you have watched the movie, of course) will give you an entirely new appreciation for the film  O0

What makes Mortimer think the month will go fast whilst waiting for his share of the money. There doesn't seem to be much going on in Agua Caliente, certainly not much in the way of prostitutes or gambling. He even says the air and food stinks so why on earth would four weeks pass quickly?
