I think I know the answer to this question, but has there been any talk at all of distributing any cut scenes (dubbed or not) in the future?

If I believe correctly that the scenes have never been dubbed. There's been fan talk most definatly but I personally wouldn't want them re-instated back into the film without Leone's guidance. I would love to have them as an extra though.
Films: You cant just love them, you've gotta adore them!

Yeah, I'd settle for them without sound, or with any language, and included as Bonus Features -- as was done with the Italian-only sequences from THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY on the early DVD release in the USA.
