The Musical Pocket Watch

I've been looking for this for quite a while now when I recently stumbled across this board - I though maybe one of you die-hards might have heard about something like it:
Having seen the whole 'Dollar' trilogy a few times too often, the melody of the well-known pocket watch has somehow been imprinted deep within my mind. As a result, I've not only searched the world and the web for a replica of that watch but also keep pestering unsuspecting watch dealers about musical pocket watches with custom carillons/melodies.
So, has any of you ever seen or heard of a pocket watch that does what I need it to do (it doesn't have to look the same exactly, but sound the same)? I'd be extremely grateful for any pointers.

I assume the pocket watch tune was a Morricone melody and not a real watch, unfortunately, although how cool would that musical pocket watch be!
