Here's a place to discuss and to rank them. Of all the ones I've seen, they'd rank like this:

1. The Searchers
2. The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
3. Fort Apache
4. Stagecoach
5. My Darling Clementine
6. 3 Godfathers
7. She Wore a Yellow Ribbon

I might watch Stagecoach again today. But I might not. Ya never know with Silenzio...

I haven't officially formed an opinion on 3 Godfathers, 'cause when i first watched it it was on Christmas Morning, when I had woken up at 6 am, and I knew my brother wouldn't wake up till 8 for us to open the presents. When you're in such an ecstatic state, any movie would seem great.

That's why it's ranked behind My Darling Clementine, which I watched for the first time yesterday, because I'm giving MDC some leeway.

me I'd go:

1. The Searchers
2. The Three Godfathers
3. The Horse Soldiers
4. The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
5. My Darling Clementine

I'd like to see St. Rutledge again to see if I'd include it, I've always only caught bits and pieces of it . I don't like the Cavaly Trilogy that much at all they all seem the same, Stagecoach I can take or leave.

I like Fort Apache, I think it's great. She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, I don't like so much. It's doesn't have anything better than what Fort Apache has, and it just uses the same music (but it puts lyrics to it) it just seems like a rehash kind of. And not nearly as interesting, because we don't have Henry Fonda, who is awesome and believable as Colonel Thursday. I haven't seen Rio Grande yet.
