A screenplay of OUATITW.That may prove difficult to say the least.It may be that no public (i.e. interNETional  ) screenplay for this film exists.

You might want to contact Paramount and ask if they have a screenplay for this movie.

A friend of mine saw the script at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles sometime in the 90s, I believe. He said it was dense, around 300 pages or so. I've always been curious if they still have it.

In which language do you need the scripts?

There are different versions floating around and most are probably not digitized.

The OUATITW script at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles is probably in English.

One version of the OUATITW script in Italian, recently auctioned at Ebay, is 382 pages long, in line with the post by BeardedJagger.

If you just need the dialogue in the final released films, then this should not be too difficult to obtain, for example, see:
