Guiness didn't hit the States until the mid 70s, and the hat in the poster looks like the one in Joe Kidd or 2 Mules. SWs were passe' by 1975, so that should give you a time frame. Face kinda looks like Peter Fonda in the Hired Hand. Or maybe Franco Nero.

Guinness, Heineken, Pilsner Urquell, Belgian Chamays, Shiner Bock. Beer is the only thing I don't buy American usually.
