I totally forgot about the mojo hand LMFAO

Now I know what souvenirs to bring back.  I want to see the reaction when airport security pulls out the mojo hand and blackcat bone from my hoodoo bag.  "What dat?  Dat's a mojo hand what dat is!"

And what if your hand should shake a little?  And that Gringo so fast on the draw.

Kermit, I didn't get to see the Wolfman!  Sorry, I'm very bummed but we ate way too much at Brigtsen's and could not get psyched to pound more cocktails after dinner.  I was really looking forward to it, quite a few people around town said he's got a great band.

With Bach's Toccata Fugue in D minor funeral dirge going in the background, I can't help but think of New Orleans.  May she shake the dirt of off and rise up, "I'm not dead yet!"

This is being given the deluxe treatment in France (a place where Cimino actually gets the respect he deserves):

There's also the basic package:

This I liked back then, but haven't seen it since.

The same French company is also giving us Cimino's "Desperate Hours" on BD as well:

Seems like it is going to be the year of Cimino:

Cimino's later films are often terrible. Desperate Hours is a real mess, but The Sicilian might be interesting in a DC.

I read The Sicilian a few months back and it was decent, despite the awkward tie-in to The Godfather. Is the movie that bad?

The Sicilian is not bad, but uneven. But it is a long time since I watched it the last time. It was the last Cimino film for which I had expectations.

I know a lot of people do not appreciate it, but The Sunchaser is still one of my favorite movies.
