POOR WHITE TRASH  Pt's. 1 & 2 ( pt. 2 IN COLOR ! ) 1957
Harold Daniels

the producer objects showing them together !
see them before the courts decide !!

part 1
peter graves fighting sadistic, illiterate Timothy Carey for the hand of a 15 year old bayou girl Lita Milan. part 1 re released in 1961. uniformed police keeping unescorted children out of theaters. giant exploitation hit continued to play into the early 70's. executive producer M.A. ripps also brought roger corman's " the intruder ", retitled it " Shame ". in '76 Ripps was back again w/ PWT pt. 2 also known as " scum of the earth " about a deranged viet Nam veteran coming home and killing his backwoods neighbors.

DUE TO ABNORMAL subject matter of these motion pictures absolutely no children will be allowed in w/ or w/out their parents...special uniformed police will supervise admissions. see it, before it see's you  >:(

Ed Wood is definitely not one of the worst directors of all time. I don't even feel like defending that. Plan 9 is a lot of fun and quite watchable.

No, Plan 9 is at first a big bore. The total barren film.

Watching it only for the laughable scenes is also far from being fun. The best thing one can do with Wood's films is to watch the "famous highlights" on You Tube, or somewhere else.

But I prefer it to laugh with a film, and not about a film.

No, Plan 9 is at first a big bore.

Then what?

The total barren film.

A total barren film? Barren of what exactly?

Watching it only for the laughable scenes is also far from being fun. The best thing one can do with Wood's films is to watch the "famous highlights" on You Tube, or somewhere else.

How do those two sentences not contradict one another?

But I prefer it to laugh with a film, and not about a film.

So you admit the movie invokes laughter...

If you're going to be an arrogant prick, you should really have better taste. Aren't you the guy who likes Chino/Valdez Horses?

Yeah, I like Chino, which is a nice, not a great film, from a capable, not a great director.

No, I'm not arrogant.
Maybe a misunderstanding. I interpreted your "I don't follow" as a "I don't agree", and my "Of course" meant "Of course you don't agree" after what you had written in your first post.
